At least 4-5 years of experience developing and managing Work Plans for DOD programs that manage multiple requirements including software development, staff augmentation and Tier 2/Tier 3 Enterprise IT Support Services.
Must have experience working directly with the Client, and Customers. Must perform resource management, budget control and be able to represent solutions to the client.
Familiarity with Standards-Based Event Messaging desirable.
