All job descriptions should begin with an introduction to your company and your employer brand. Open with a strong, attention-grabbing summary of your company. Tell candidates what makes your company unique. Include details about your organization’s culture to sum up why a candidate would love to work for you.
The job summary should give candidates a general idea of expectations for the position and a high level summary of the role. Be sure to provide an exact job location so candidates know where the position will be located.
